DEPTT. OF BIO-TECHNOLOGY : The Deptt . of Bio-Technology is  equipped with PCR, other latest & modern computerised Instruments & equipments. The students are also posted in various reputed & well established  Research Bio-Technology Deptts. of Govt. & Semi Government Organisations for additional hands on practice .

TRAINING KITCHENS AND  RESTAURANTS : For the better understanding of Hospitality Sector apart from the theoretical classes the students make complete use of the Training Kitchens by preparing mouth watering  delicacies  and practice serving of food and other eatables, soft drinks, mock tails, in the Mock Restaurant especially developed and designed for the Hotel Management students .

The students work in the Reception, Housekeeping, Bell Desk areas created for  them to understand their  duties in specialized  these areas of Hospitality Sector .

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM/GROUP DISCUSSION/ MOCK INTERVIEW SESSIONS : Soft skills supplement technical skills. The two together transform you into a well-groomed individual ready for the corporate world. If you conduct a quick reality check, you'll find that most applicants for a job are at par when it comes to academic and technical competence in which case the final criteria for selection are communication skills, conduct and grooming. That is why IPHH includes soft skills in its curricula. The program addresses aspects of human personality like trust building, assertiveness training, decision-making, survival skills, resume writing, interview skills, stress management and language competence, among others.

COUNSELING SERVICES : Becoming a college student is an exciting time that brings many adjustments and challenges. Students come to our Counseling Center to talk with us about their feelings, concerns and choices they are facing during their study. We listen, support, and help them to make the most of their educational experience .

The student  do not have to have severe problems to come to the Counseling Center. Services are available to all the students who are interested in personal growth and exploration .

We frequently meet with students, faculty and others who are worried about students, friends, or roommates.  We can help understand what the problems might be and how the concerned person  can intervene. These and our other services are confidential and voluntary .

AFTER-HOURS/WEEKEND ASSISTANCE : In the event that a crisis occurs after our regular business hours, students usually seek assistance from Residence  staff who connect them with the Senior Staff members .

SUMMER TRAINING : The classrooms are the site of some  of the our most exciting moments: ideas are elaborated and debated, questions are answered and explored, and minds are exchanged. But, we believe that experience is also an important and effective part of teaching.

We include experimental learning across the curriculum, and we encourage all our students to participate in learning through internships, fieldwork, student teaching and summer training.

An important feature of the Management Programmes is the Project undertaken by the students after completion of the Ist Year. For the students the Project offers an opportunity to use & validate   some  of  the  theories,  skills  and  ways    of thinking they have acquired during the previous semesters. Furthermore, the Project comforts students with difficulty of working independently or as a part of team on a complete real-life problem in a relatively short span of time.

The customized short term trainings  helps students in  skills enhancement , provide students with insight and experience which help make our students better prepared for the world beyond campus.
